Bis(acetylacetonato)diisopropyl titanate (also known as bis(acetylacetonato)diisopropoxytitanium) (CAS No. 17927-72-9)

As a titanate chelate, it is used as an adhesion promoter to enhance the adhesion of inks/coatings to plastic substrates such as PE and OPP; in the sol-gel method for preparing TiO₂ thin films and nanomaterials; as a catalyst in organic synthesis (such as transesterification and polymerization reactions); for interfacial modification of composite materials to enhance the compatibility between fillers and polymers; and also as a crosslinking agent to improve the weather resistance, hardness, and chemical resistance of coatings.
